Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@elisintimates.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
